Fotex has done an OUTSTANDING job for me so far! I'm normally too busy to rate every business, take part in every phone survey, and "answer a few simple questions about your experience". I felt compelled to give these guys 2 thumbs up because they have been truly awesome. I have an e-commerce site and between Olga and Kostya they can handle web development, graphic design, photo editing, social media, software integration etc. They just finished designing a custom document for me and the turn around time was less than 24 hours. The response time from Fotex is a huge bonus because my last person was slow and that hurt productivity. The bottom line is they are fast, knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced.
